Kelsey is a senior at the University of Wisconsin Madison earning a BS in textiles and fashion design with a focus in hand papermaking. She loves the meditative quality of craft, whether it’s spending all day in the studio forming hundreds of sheets or obsessing over one embroidered piece for months. Kelsey’s work revolves around methods of material communication and reverence for the natural world. She appreciates the different ways paper can carry information and stand in defiance to the digital world.
